Do you have normal pregnancy symptoms along with ectopic??

Hello Ladies
Would you have normal pregnancy symptoms with ectopic?? The HCG is slow rising with ectopic so I m guessing the pregnancy symptoms like nausea, sore boobs, flatulence should be there. But the more I read the more it says otherwise on forums.
Please share your stories.

I had sore boobs, nausea and fatigue with my ectopic. All normal symptoms

My boobs were so sore , I had to be in my room , braless . Praying for you - hoping it’s not an ectopic .

Yes the symptoms are normal , please get your blood test done every alternate day & an internal sonography to confirm the pregnancy.
