Hi everyone.

I am beyond worried for my almost 1 year old. She’s been walking since she was 9 months old.

What I’m worried about is that she is almost 1 and still can’t/won’t sit up on own or pull to stand. To be fair, the latter she’s done a few times. Though when I get her in a position and place to do it herself, she gets so frustrated and throws a fit. It’s like she doesn’t remember that “hey, I’ve done this before I can do it again.” I know she’s only 11 months, but I feel she should be able to make a connection.

I guess this post is half vent half plea for help.

Does anyone have a similar experience? Any suggestions on how to teach/encourage both behaviors?
