Can antibiotics mess up birth control?

I have a question guys! okay so I heard that taking antibiotics can throw your birth control off meaning if you took an antibiotic and get cream pied your birth control won't work and you'll get pregnant.. well I got sick like two weeks ago and had to take an antibiotic! I feel better and haven't took the antibiotics in a week now I wanna have sex and I'm on nexaplanon (arm implant) do you guys think I'm safe? I tried to look it up but google gave me nothing 🤦🏽‍♀️
