My husband gave our 3 year old (will be 4 at the end of September) 7.5 mls of Tylenol. The dosage chart says 5mls for 2-3 and 7.5 mls for 4-5 years. I know that weight is more important for determining a dose but I honestly don’t know what our son weighs right now. Last November at his doctors appointment he weighed 30 lbs so he must be at least a few lbs more now. The minimum weight for 7.5 mls is 36 lbs and I don’t know if he weighs that much. He’s fast asleep now but I’m all worried we’ve given him too much Tylenol. Looking for insight and hoping someone can put my mind as ease.
