need some encouragement
i’m 5 months postpartum and my question is how do you guys pluck up the courage to go to the gym on your own after giving birth?? im so massively unhappy with my weight since giving birth to my 2nd child and i just can’t bare looking at myself in the mirror anymore, i hate it! i gave birth naturally but the pouch and loose skin makes me feel physically sick to my stomach when i look at it😢 i was a size 6 before i fell pregnant and i’m now lucky if i can fit into a size 12, im just wanting to learn to love myself and to love the skin i’m in again, any words of encouragement would be massively appreciated thank you x
