Has anyone heard or researched the “Evap line myth”?

autumn

I took this and originally saw nothing, came back to it a few hours later and saw the faintest line. (It’s quite possible I’m the only person who sees it in this one lol) Along with two others from yesterday that reacted the same. First thought was it had to be an Evap line, right? But in all of my pregnancy scares of the past, I never had Evap lines, even days after so what are the chances 4/4 would have them? So I googled some stuff and came across an article talking about the “Evap line myth”…anyone else heard of this? Thanks in advance!

Edit: I’m aware this is most likely evap, was more curious if anyone had looked into the “myth” that states how a positive can show up outside the time frame due to different tests absorbing differently and hcg causing the chemical reaction after the recommended time window-the study is that if it has the color of the dye in it, it’s because there was eventually hcg that was either lower level or absorbed at a slower rate and how they are misread as Evap lines. An Evap line would only be gray/colorless because only the hcg hormone provides the chemical reaction to change the color of the dye was the point of what I had read into.!it was an interesting read, and wondered only if anyone else had read up on it/heard about it.
