Omnitrope anyone?

Question

Has anyone used omnitrope hgh for an egg retrieval? First off did you pay out of pocket? If not how did you apply the coupon the brand offers? I applied and have one but the pharmacies I’ve contacted do not accept it for IVF/fertility uses. Any success stories with using omnitrope appreciated too!

I took Omnitrope for my retrieval. It was spendy but not the most expensive. It was a little over $1200. There were no discounts as it is an off-label. All my IVF was out of pocket. Honestly I have no clue if it helped as I have no comparison. I retrieved 17, 12 mature and all 12 fertilized. We got 5 blasts. We did PGT testing also.

I used Omnitrope for my 3rd retreival (28yo then for reference). I had 4 great untested blasts from R1 which resulted in 1 MC and 2 failed FETs. My 2nd retreival I had a bad outcome with quality and had only a day 7 blast, poor quality. When I consulted for my 3rd retreival at another clinic he recommended HGH, amongst many other things. The rationale was my PCOS and Endo. It was basically a "couldn't hurt" add on. Came out of that retreival was 3 good blasts, 2 PGT-A normal (d5 and d6). 1 live birth and im currently 13w with the 2nd embryo. I also got an autoimmune diagnosis which changed my transfer protocol. But, the HGH obviously didnt hurt anything. With the PCOS and using HMG (Menopur) I wanted to increase my odds in every way possible. We added in a Lupron buffer so not to increase my LH so much to be my detriment, and added HGH to help strengthen the egg quality. 
I know a ton of people that have used HGH, mostly with DOR or an age factor. 90% of them have had a live birth. In my opinion it's worth the cost. 
I paid OOP for mine. I used Metro Drugs in NJ. I got a slight cash pay discount and paid $710 in total. I used 2 or 3 vials for my cycle (I think 2 but i cant remember now). But she has a story pinned that walks you through how to fill out the form for the discount and how to use it so you get a free vial every so often.
