Hoping to see if this has happened to anyone before and gone on to have a viable pregnancy.

I had extremely light spotting for about a day when first had positive pregnancy test. Then on Thursday night started having some light bleeding, into yesterday morning. Went to the ER just to be in safe side. They did blood work; I am pregnant and they said it’s too early in my pregnancy to tell if it’s a miscarriage or if the bleeding is normal bleeding for my body. This is around when my period would have been, and I’ve read sometimes your body does that?

I have another blood test/ appointment with my ob on Monday to make sure the hcg has risen since yesterday. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Trying not to panic thanks all
