Only time it’s weird is when they are a minor and you are an adult or 20+ years age difference. You want you to be their mommy and clean up after them and irresponsible and unstable. It’s one thing to be 30 and a doctor who has his life together mentally stable. Financially stable. Verses 30 and still lives in their moms basement, plays video games all day, doesn’t work, has tickets all over town that they neglect and would turn into warrants and arrests and bail having to be paid, can’t keep jobs etc. you get the point. I’ve dated young and older than me. My last partner was 60 and I’m 44 but look half my age. Known Him 20+ years. We didn’t get together then because we had nothing in common it was timing. I dated a guy that was a hot mess when I was in my early 30s and he was in his early 20s. Never again. If you don’t have your life together, then I don’t bother.
