28 weeks, horrific diarrhea, preterm labor?

I’m 28 weeks, for the last 2 days I’ve had horrible stomach cramps accompanied by diarrhea. Like running to the bathroom about to shit myself diarrhea, and crying from the stomach cramps. I have been under extreme emotional distress, so I’m concerned this could be a sign of preterm labor on its way? Or could it just be my body responding to intense emotions?

That happened to me at 12 weeks I’m pretty sure I had food poisoning

Maybe you’ve got a gastro-intestinal virus?

I would get checked just to be safe. I know that diarrhea can preceed labor and with you being under added stress i wouldnt risk it and just get checked
