I am 6 weeks post laparoscopy where I had a tube removed due to endo obstruction that blocked it, and my period is also 26 days late it was due two weeks after surgery but hasn’t come yet. I was told my period would come 2-6 weeks after surgery and still nothing? I’m abroad so cannot find my trusty frer pregnancy tests. Is it even possible to be pregnant before my first period??? I have had mild mild cramps and lower back pain on and off for over a week now. But no blood just clear/watery discharge. Keep thinking I’m peeing myself or my periods started but I go to the bathroom and nothing!
