Yeast diaper rash?

Hi! My son just turned 13 weeks and is on an antibiotic for a uti. He developed this diaper rash and it’s been days now. Nothing seems to be helping much; Desitin, Aquaphor (both the fast relief diaper rash cream and healing ointment), or the Honest Diaper Rash cream. I’m now thinking is it something more? Please and thank you for all the advice.

It was also the wipes I was using for my son when he had this but after using the Boudreaux’s diaper cream it has always stayed clear of rashes since the first time I used it! I’m also able to use any wipes with him because the cream work’s extremely great!

My son had a rash like this as a newborn and was even bleeding a little because destinin was not helping at all. I used Boudreaux’s diaper cream max strength because I saw it on TikTok and omg it’s such a miracle in a tube!!! It has really great reviews on it, it’s the only diaper cream I use now! It cleared his horrible rash within hours of using it the very same day! It’s at target, hope your baby feels better!!😊

Try pepto (the pink liquid stomach medicine) dabbed on generously with a cotton ball.
For less of a mess you can mix pepto with aquaphor to make a pink paste. 
This relieves pain and provides a barrier for the skin. It’s great for stubborn diaper rashes.

No wipes & as much diaper free time as possible. If you can’t or don’t want to wash him off every time take a roll of paper towels, cut it in half, put it in a plastic container & add water & baby oil until the paper rolls are damp all the way through and try using those instead of store bought wipes

Don't use wipes anymore, this will be very tedious but the best is to wash them off every diaper change, so he doesnt have to be wiped
