Caffeine????

So I have soda not like frequently like every once in awhile I guess but I mix it with like I have soda I have orange juice and hot water I have like four or five six glasses of water a day I usually do either or if I do anything sweet I'll either pick orange juice or soda usually for the most part I pick orange juice but then I'm pretty much go right back to water I drink a lot of water I'm also name XX is caffeine bad for the babies I'm like 11 weeks and 3 days I think

Under 200 mgs of caffeine each day is safe! I’m an expert at caffeine count 😂 it’s really not that crazy tbh! I use to drink an insane amount but i can tolerate this

Caffeine in moderation is fine. No need to stress about it as long as you’re not overdoing it and are getting plenty of water, which is sounds like you are.
