I already have one child and I only worked short shifts a few times a week as a server with her. The majority of the time I stayed home. I have been in school to become a teacher and the timing kind of sucks because I’m planning on having another baby. I will hopefully be having the baby about the time I graduate next summer. I am having a hard time deciding if I want to leave the baby to start my first year as a teacher next year or if I should take a year off. I’m getting a job as a TA at my dream school so I can get my foot in the door and I am concerned that if I take the year off to stay with the baby that they won’t take me back as a teacher the following year. I also don’t have to work my husband makes enough that we are very comfortable but being a teacher has been a big dream of mine for years and I’m finally finishing school after going off and on since 2016. But now I want another child and my husband is a good bit older than me and we don’t want to waste anymore time. I don’t know what to do how do I make this decision?!
