Question about menopause and + pregnancy test?

So I am 41 I just had a loss February 2023 my periods started again a month later they have always been regular they’ve been a bit off but just like a day or too this month I missed my period by 15 days took a pregnancy test and it’s very positive. I am going to make an appointment Monday but I was wondering how likely is this a false positive from perimenopause. I read l could get false positive from perimenopause or menopausal women having some hcg from it. I do feel pregnant and idk what menopause feels like and reading things it’s similar. Does anyone know what are the chances I’m pregnant again or starting menopause? Here are photos of the test I took today.
