Newly single

I’m newly single but so nervous to talk to or hook up with other guys but that’s literally what I want to do! I’m 28 and only have ever slept with 2 guys. I just want to fuck and not be in a committed relationship but why am I so scared. So many people do it all the time but I can’t seem to get past feeling like I won’t satisfy or be good enough. How can I shake this feeling?
