We got our kitty when I was 6 month’s pregnant. She was about 3 months old then (cat) .. I was told by so many that it’s dangerous to have a cat in the home with a newborn . Which seemed odd to me cuz I’m sure many people do it . We trained her from the day we got her to not sleep in the room with us, so she stays in the remaining of the house at night .. we generally have no issues except she shows that she wants to be in the room by running in there when we’re getting ready for bed . Our plan was to let her once our baby could turn over and move about on her own ( maybe 6 months) . Our baby is now 3 months and they both generally just give eachother space .and I never seen any concerning behaviors... are we just being paranoid? Is it really a big deal ?
