What skin rash may this be?

Does anyone know what rash this is on my boys skin? It looks fine and scaly and is all over. Will contact the gp but just checking if anyones little one had this

Its eczema, my baby have it also, u need moisturizer really good

Looks like baby acne . My son used to get them. Drs said it’s normal and nothing to worry about. However , always check with your child’s pediatrician
