Stalker ?

I have an ex and we broke up 5 years ago. Our relationship was more sex-focused. I moved on to a healthy relationship and has been with my boyfriend for 4 years. The ex has been making calls to me nonstop since. I answered the phone last year to see what he wanted and he started talking about our sex from 5 years ago. Today I answered the phone to see what he wanted and he asked was I single, then he started talking about 5 years ago again then started talking about how good our sex was. He asked does my house still have cameras and if you can rewind on them. Then he said he seen me turning a light off in my room through the window. A few weeks ago I was at the gas station when my ex came out of no where not getting gas asking where I was going. Then my neighbors have repeatedly been saying there was someone out walking at night time.
