I’m so sorry for your loss. Give yourself and your body some grace. It takes time to lose weight. But most of all, It takes lots of patience with yourself to mourn that loss. I understand exactly how you feel. I clung to God. To my church. And to Christian music. I volunteered a lot through my church. It feels so good to be selfless when you just want to scream and shout “Why Me?” 
Surround yourself with people you love. Love yourself through this storm. I am praying for your heart. You are not alone. August 17 marks 9 years ago I miscarried. Expecting to find out gender, we found no heartbeat. I have felt that loss raw and fresh. I have also felt it just a few weeks ago. Your heart never stops aching for that babe. But it does get easier with time. And grace. Lots and lots of grace.
