I had just posted about me finding out I had Chlamydia and the only person I’ve been with is my fiancé and he says no he hasn’t been with anyone..
Then I get call from my doctor that I might also have BV to take both medications just in case, okay cool but that MIGHT Is messing me up because do I HAVE CHLAMYDIA I AM ABOUT TO BE SINGLE IF I DONT FIGURE THIS OUT!!

It is very unlikely to get a false positive. Chlamydia is tested by PCR where it looks for chlamydia DNA. If DNA is found it’s positive. 
Some people can have chlamydia for months to years without knowing they do. Often there aren’t any symptoms. He should get tested! 
And then you both should have a conversation. If you don’t trust him, you shouldn’t get married.

He said you might have BV. There is no “positive or negative” test for BV, just a culture of different bacteria in your vagina and they diagnose based off of the levels of the bacteria. Chlamydia is just a negative or positive urine test. You for sure have chlamydia and your partner cheated on you and is gaslighting you.

False negatives are far more likely than false positives. Symptomatic Chlamydia is a recent infection. Get single my friend.
