My son is two and has strep throat is Monday. His fever been anywhere since 100-105 ever since. Once the medication kicks in, he’s comfortable and the fever goes down. He was dehydrated and when the fever hit 105, he went the the er. He’s been on antibiotics since Monday and the er visit was Tuesday night. We been giving him Motrin every 6 hrs as needed. But I’m worried the fever been going too many days plus I. Worried he’s been taking Motrin since Monday even though it’s the right amount of time passed. His doctors appt in Friday again but the doctors said just keep doing what I’ve been and pushing fluids. Any advice.
