My mom and my husbands mom took turns so they both got a break, we’re having baby #3 in September, my mom will take over on the weekend and at night and hubbys mom will take over during the days and school drop off/pickup

I’m a single mom to a medically needy child so my oldest (he’ll be 2 by the time I give birth but also had brain cancer) will have to stay with my parents while I’m giving birth. They’ll bring him to see baby and I can FaceTime each night but I’ve never been away from him more than one overnight trip to my parents so I’m nervous about how he’ll respond 🥲

I’m having my son (he’ll be 3 this month) stay with my fiancés grandma (his mother has passed and his father is not in his life) while I’m in labor/delivery. She’s gonna bring him to the hospital to see his baby sister, then my parents are gonna take him for the rest of the time that I’m in the hospital

She’ll stay with a trusted auntie. My daughter is 3 and definitely set in her ways 🤣 she won’t stay with my mom so either my best friend or the one of my husband’s nieces that she will stay with will be with her during the day and then hubby will be home at night. Praying it’s a easy delivery and we can be in and out quickly cause I’m dreading being away from her.
