What are some natural remedies for insomnia during pregnancy?

Hello beautiful mamas-to-be! Insomnia seems to have become my new companion during pregnancy. I would prefer to avoid taking medication if possible. Have any of you found effective natural remedies for insomnia? I would love to hear your suggestions and experiences!

I do a few natural things to help me sleep like a baby. I even fall back asleep easy after i get up to pee 
1. Routine - same one before bed everynight. It trains yoir body when to sleep
2. Stop the blue light at least 2 houra before bed
3. Tart cherry juice, i drink 4-8oz before bed. Studies show it improves sleep. 
4. Topical magnesium. Oil or lotion will relax you and help with pain 
5. A great bedtime tea. I blend my own. Lemonbalm, chamomile, rose petals, spearmint and a bit of helichrysm sweetend with a dollop of honey.
