7dpo tender raw nips, side effect?

Ok I'm 7dpo today and since last night my nips my nips have been super sore/raw feelimg, tender almost itchy burning sensations at times.

I'm 37 and no fool. We know 6-7dpo is too soon for that.

PLEASE share your clomid wisdom and experience so I can STOP acknowledging this if it's a side effect (because I'm a crazy persoooon!) THANK YOU!!!
