I have 4 and I can’t stopping thinking about how I still want one more eventually! I probably wouldn’t even start trying until 41 since I recently had my 4th. Has anyone had their 5th vaginal birth in 40s? - if so how was pp bleeding and was baby healthy? I worry about risks of hemorrhage and having a baby later in life. I had one missed mc between 2-3 and after my 4th I had several clots in the first hour after birth where I felt forced into taking cytotec pills in an effort by doctor being stern about preventing hemorrhage bc my uterus wasn’t clamping down as well from the pitocin like it did with the previous 3!
