TTC active duty looking for suggestions!

I have a son, when I was trying to get pregnant with him, my ex husband was/is active duty and me being a civilian at the time I was able to receive off post fertility treatment. All we had done was get his sperm tested (which the dr says was the reason for me not getting pregnant his morphology was all messed up so we were told 1% chance of natural conception) I had iodine put in my fallopian tubes and had my eggs checked and all looked fine. I never had a normal period, the fertility dr said I had pcos based off of explained symptoms that linked to it. Now that I am trying and active duty, I already knew I had irregular cycles but they had been relatively consistent in terms of what day during the month they started. I never tracked ovulation before when TTC, and now that I am I’m just getting the fluctuating LH daily where one day it’s darker and the next lighter and just a repeat cycle on the days around ovulation. On top of the fact my period last month started two days late, and now my period this month hasn’t shown up at all. But negative HCG tests and zero symptoms of being pregnant. It’s hard enough as it is to see a PA as active duty and actually get a referral. Anybody have any recommendations for me to be able to be seen off post, like how to push a referral? Or what were your experiences with an OBGYN on post to potentially look into medications/what’s really going on?

Did you get your answers? You just need to see a provider, let them know you want a referral to reproductive med/endo for infertility concerns. The referral will be for anywhere that takes Tricare, sometimes closest available and you just get your initial eval with them. If they determine you have infertility for whatever reason, they will continue to see you. Depending on the clinic they will either tell you to request more visits on your referral for cont care, or they will just auto request from their end. Hope you are on your way to baby :)

They won’t give you a referral unless something is truly wrong with you. You’ll have to go through a ton of appointments and tests first! Go to sick call as much as possible though and just continue to push for it. Hopefully you got it by now

Yes but my tests are fluctuating lighter and darker daily on my fertile days, but I’m not getting a peak. I’ve already done all things on my end. I just want to go back to a fertility dr at this point and figure out what’s really going on.
