Help! Swollen hands and feet: How do you find relief?

Hey there, fellow moms-to-be! I'm in desperate need of some advice. My hands and feet have been incredibly swollen lately, and it's making me feel so uncomfortable. I'm open to any suggestions or remedies to find relief from this pregnancy-related swelling. Please share your wisdom with me!

Elevation, rest, and compression garments. I always have pregnancy edema (swelling) of my ankles and most insurances will cover at least compression socks (try aeroflow or edgepark they will request the rx from your OB and send them out) they are a lifesaver for me. I put them on in the morning and then off for bed because at bed your feet are up and it’s not necessary to wear. I’m not sure about the hands because I never dealt with that but Id also suggest calling your OB. Good luck!
