Omg hemorrhoids !!! HELP!!!!!

Seriously I’m suffering big time on my swollen hemorrhoids ! I’m not constipated but so swollen from the increased blood flow down there and obvs the weight of baby and organs weighing down on me, it hurts to walk, sit and do anything! I’m walking so slowly at work and just stuck a hemorrhoid suppository up there which helped at first a bit but still hurts!! I’ve rubbed some tucks cream on there last night and hemorrhoid gel today but really I need something to shrink them! It feels so bad and totally kills any of kind of mood too! Please tell what works for you ladies???!! I need something good.
