9 weeks one day miscarried

I was due Feb 14. Went yesterday to the doctor with light spotting-they said nothing to worry about. At 5:32 am this morning I passed that big clot. then another in the doctors office at 8. They didn't see anything in the uterus. I'm devastated. I've waited 16 long years to get pregnant with another child. I know I should not complain because many women don't even have one child. (I had him through 5 years of fertility treatment years ago-he was a Miracle) My son and husband are so sad too.
