Can drinking coffee during pregnancy harm your baby?

Hey coffee-loving mamas! There's so much debate about caffeine during pregnancy. Some say it's okay in moderation, others say it's best to avoid it completely. What are your thoughts and experiences with coffee during pregnancy? Let's have a caffeine chat!

This baby doesnt like coffee and  i feel like im dying cause im so tired. Everytime i drink it. I just throw it up

All of my docs (probably about 15 with two pregnancies because they do a rotation) have all said moderation is fine (my two previous babies have been just fine) so keep it to one cup a day, I occasionally will also have a pop too or a second cup of coffee

It can harm your baby, if you have to much. My doctor says to keep it at one a day to be safe. The max is technically 200mg. It’s my first pregnancy so I’m pretty cautious about “doing everything right.” I’m only having decaf and it’s really satisfying my coffee cravings. One cup won’t really help me in the caffeine department anyways. I’m tired no matter what!

A 12 oz cup of coffee is totally fine! I do a K cup most days.
