Headaches and All Day Sickness

Is anyone else getting these hardcore headaches and then have nausea all day long? I’ve been taking B6 and it helped with my previous pregnancy but seems to be doing nothing for this one. I am getting frustrated because I wake up feeling horrible and go all day barely able to function, then it gets worse at night when I go to bed. It started right after 5 weeks and I am just over 7 weeks now. Has anyone done anything that they have found relieves these horrible symptoms? I’m desperate. I didn’t have headaches with my first and I only had mild nausea for two weeks. This is the complete opposite and I’m honestly on the brink of crying everyday because of it.
