Can ovarian cysts cause heartburn ?

I have complex ones on each ovary and I feel like it’s causing so much issues with my stomach. Lots of bloating, burping. Anyone else?? 😕 it worries me

No. It won't cause heartburn, occasionally bloating during cyst flare-ups, but that's about it.

I’ve struggled with cysts for years. Never heartburn but I know that depending on what they’re made of (pus/fluid, fatty deposits, or other waste materials), you can get flare ups of hormonal changes. It’s a good idea to bring up these issues with your gyno and ask for a panel to be done of your cysts and to see what your hormones are looking like in terms of levels. Mine were fluid or pus and we’re aggravated when my testosterone levels were elevated. So I cut out red meat and all dairy and they began to shrink themselves. Not completely gone, but I’ll take it. 
Sorry about the heartburn, you may want to eat bland foods for a few days. Broth, rice, plain oatmeal. And try some antacids.
