Prolonged jaundice
My baby is 6 weeks old and his eyes are still pretty yellow. At 5 weeks he had his blood drawn and the dr said that he is at a normal level, I didn’t ask the number. His eyes are still so yellow though. I’m taking him back on Monday to be seen. He is EBF, which I’ve read that can cause prolonged jaundice but if he’s at a normal level then why are his eyes yellow? Has anyone experienced this with their baby?
