I need ideas for nausea control
Feeling extra nauseous lately. I had tolerable nausea all the way from week 3ish to 7 then BAM week 7 arrived and it’s been TOUGH! I have zofran but it only helps a little bit. The only thing that sounds good if I can get around to eating anything are salty foods which I’m getting a lot of crap for eating because it’s not healthy. I am getting motion sickness bands in the mail soon and I’m changing my vitamins from garden of life to pinkstork. Have vitamin b6 100mg but hasn’t done anything for me. Anyone else got any ideas for the nausea? I’ve been off work this past week so just been laying around but scared to go back to work feeling like this. I’ll try anything!
