Early ovulation?

I started taking my opk’s again the day after my period ended. On CD 8 I got a positive opk in early afternoon, then negative late in the day. CD 9 same thing, positive early afternoon, negative late in the day. Then today CD 10 I got positives early in the day and another positive late today as well. I usually get positive opks around CD 13-14 so this is very early. We have been baby dancing but do I have a decreased chance conceiving since I may ovulate early? Normally when I get my positive opk it is positive for only one day and all day. This time it was kind of all over the place. Could I have another surge later on? Last cycle I didn’t get a positive until CD17. Also I’m aware opk does not confirm ovulation.
