39weeks and induction in 2 days! Help??

Question

I’m 39 weeks with my baby #3. It’s a girl!
Both my previous pregnancies (boys) were 40weeks +4 days. This is my first time being inducted. Have to confess that i am a little scared about the whole process…
Can anyone help me with some tips???!

It’s not that bad I was induced my last pregnancy I arrived at the hospital and about an hour to an hour and two hours later they started pitocin to induce the birth I arrived at 5pm by 7pm pitocin had started and had him at 4am because it was a slow progress after 4cm 
Contractions might feel stronger because of the pitocin but again it varies person to person

Just curious— was induction your choice? Or is there a medical reason for the induction? 
They wanted me to have one with my son; but I wanted to go the natural route! he stayed in until 41+5 😁
