My almost three year old has started biting, hitting and pulling hair. She used to be a sweet little girl but now that her little sister is getting older, and playing, she attacks her over everything. No matter what my youngest is playing with, my oldest has to have it and fights her for it.

Sometimes I can see that my oldest was provoked ie. the youngest stole a toy, but other times my youngest is playing by herself nicely and my oldest will just walk by and slap her or bite her.

I’ve never dealt with this and have no idea what to do. She knows she’s not allowed to do it because as soon as I catch her she immediately says sorry to both me and her sister.
