No periods this month is stressing me out 🥹🥹PLEASE HELP

Last month I was taking MEdroxyprogesterone 10mg from June 8-23. My doc suggested to take this period delay pill once a day as I was going on a trip and don’t want to bleed. Expected period was June 15-19. I got light spotting on June 14th I called pharmacy long story short I was taking 2 pills 8 hrs gap from June 15-20 so roughly 7 days BUT from June 15-20 I kept on spotting everyday and alittle more than that so I was using pad in case I feel like it was my period and this medication didn’t really work for me ? I was back on June 22nd and was taking 1 pill until June 23rd. I logged on this app and my this month expected was July 14th and today July 17th still no period yet. I was under the impression that I stopped on June 23rd that next month my period will come a week later from normal which is every 13 or 15th. I have been very creamy and seems like ovulating last few weeks. pregnancy test ‘not pregnant ‘ on July 19th as we did not do the deed from that time. We don’t mind if we have baby#2(ttc starting next cycle or atleast things gets normal) as I am on not and never was on any birth control methods. Anyone have any suggestions should I wait more still ? Is this normal? Please thanks
