Should I be concerned?
So my twins are 1 and a bit years old, a boy and a girl. Our son is very very talkative, babbling a lot, even said his first word (which wasn’t even momma or dadda it was his papa’s name 🤦♀️), but our daughter hasn’t even started babbling or trying to talk yet which I kind don’t know whether to be concerned about or not. My fiancé says that it’s probably nothing and that she’s just a quite toddler, but I’m not so sure. Don’t get me wrong, she’s good at letting use know when she needs something, but she seems to just be more prone to tugging at our shirts if she can or making a little whiny noise which is as far as talking that she goes. Apart from that she’s a very quite toddler. I guess what I’m asking is, should I be concerned that my daughter isn’t developing at the same pace as her brother? I’m just concerned that she’s not started making any move towards talking or even babbling.
