When can I expect to start experiencing physical signs or symptoms of pregnancy after conception?

Answer

I am 45 and have been trying for another baby over the past 3years. I am currently experiencing bloating, fatigue sleepiness together with other pregnancy symptoms so I decided to take a test this morning and it’s negative. I’m am so sad but positive I will get pregnant again against all odds by the grace of God. Wishing us all luck and blessings in 40+
