Is this normal?
Every now and then my left hand will start to shake unexpectedly, even when it’s at rest. My grandmother on my dad’s side had Parkinson’s Disease as does an aunt and uncle on my dad’s side. It only lasts for a minute so I’m not sure if it’s something to be worried about or not.
