Drs are saying im higher risk

Hi mamas, Anyone elses dr saying youre higher risk bc you had slightly higher blood pressure during labor with your first?? Saying you have a history of gestational hypertension?? Um what?? Only time was during labor which happened to be during covid as well. Im so confused by this isnt it normal for your blood pressure to go up a little during pain?? Idk my first pregnancy was fine i thought anyway. Im slightly heavier now and according to them advanced maternal age but so far everything seems good baby is healthy. Ive also had so much blood work this time its annoying. Almost halfway through and im trying to enjoy it but hard to when drs keep ruining it for me. Just wondering if anyone of you mamas who are older are experiencing the same? Thanks.
