What to do with frozen colostrum?

I accidentally extracted 8oz of colostrum during 3 days after birth because I didnt want to breastfeed. Now it is frozen in breastmilk bags. I dont know how, whn or why to use it. Help? Do I thaw it, separate it and refreeze?  Also, for what and when? My pediatrician told me to literally toss it.  But is this true? I thought this was important.

If you want to separate it into smaller portions, break it up while still frozen (you can partially thaw it, until it is easier to break apart, but don’t thaw it to liquid).
You can feed it as is in bottles, mix it with formula, save it until baby is eating solids and use it to make oatmeal or smoothies, put it in a bath to soothe irritated skin or eczema, turn it into soap

You can put it in a bottle & feed it. It must be feed within 24 hours. You cannot refreeze it

Just feed it to baby. Thaw out and feed  it all within 24hrs. Never refreeze. I can not believe a dr would say that. Colostrum is a extremely important to give after birth.
