I was dating this guy for a month, before we dated his ex girlfriend reached out to me to warn me about him because they had just broken up because he cheated on her. They we’re together for 8 years and apparently he’s kept cheating and he got stds as well from sleeping around. She said she gave him many chances because she thought he would change. I still decided to give him an opportunity apart from that to see if it would be different with me. But lately he didn’t want to see me, he’s been saying he feels moody and weird without saying why and he then dumped me. His ex then reached out to me again to tell me that he texted her and he’s also texted her before he dumped me and told her that he loves her. 3 days later, he asks me for another chance. Why did he do all of this? Would it be wrong for me to give him another chance? Could he have confused his feelings for her and with me, and realized that he doesn’t actually love her since he’s asking me back?
