Hi is this implantation bleeding can anyone tell i didnt get any clots and i get clots .

We are ttc and its my first time. I het heavy flow on my second day but i didnt also on the first and second day i wore a pad for like 6 hours but nothing was there and it was weird for me right now its my 4th day . My periods are till 7 days usually with clots and also i get severe cramps on second day but i didnt except i got lower backache and i dont know . Can anyone tell me is it implantation bleeding or periods ?
