Anyone else constantly hungry while breastfeeding?

I’ve been putting weight on recently and wasn’t really sure why. I eat healthy and take a two mile walk every day pushing the stroller. I graze instead of eating large meals because I felt like I was starving even after eating a side salad full portion of protein, carb, and vegetable. I decided to track how much I was actually eating and holy hell! I ate 4100 calories worth of food today! It didn’t even feel like that much. I couldn’t figure out why I was gaining so much weight when I eat clean and drink only water, and exercise daily. Well I now know why! Even eating healthy foods eating more than double the recommended daily calories is going to pack it on, lol. Any tips for staying full longer so I don’t feel like I’m starving myself?
