(Masturbation) 23 weeks Pregnant with Cerclage

Hello,

l had a cerclage put in 2 weeks ago because my cervix was short and was funneling. My cervix is 12mm. My Dr. Put me on pelvic rest. He said nothing in the Vagina. The only thing that I insert is my progesterone capsule every night. Well, last night around 9:30 ish I masturbated- clitoral stimulation😔. It was a small orgasm. I was so upset with myself after! I haven't had any pain, contractions or bleeding after masturbating. I feel normal and feel her moving.

I know everyone's situation is different, but If something were to happen, how long would it take for contractions to begin? Obviously, I'm no doctor, but I would think I would feel something by now if something went wrong.

Should I be concerned or do y'all think I'm okay? I AM NOT masturbating again!!
