What methods have you found effective for tracking ovulation with irregular periods?

Hello ladies! I have irregular cycles and it's making it difficult to track my ovulation accurately. Any recommendations for effective methods or tools?

I use OvuSense for BBT, it’s great, you put it in when you go to bed then remove in the morning and download the data. I was using a thermometer previously and it always affected my sleep or I lacked consistent times etc. I don’t worry about any of that with OvuSense. Wish I’d bought it years ago!
