I need your opinion and help

Need advice please. My husband and I have been together for 8 years. We have a good relationship. We have a house that's 3,000 square foot, big yard and 4 dogs. We been here for 6 years now. We are pregnant with our first baby. I am 32 weeks. We live in the same town as our friends and family. I just started a new job in April and is doing well. My husband is on the edge of break down. He really wants to move to a different state to start fresh more new opportunities new ppl and just a overall fresh start for our new family. We have a great support system where we live. I want my baby to know their family out here first before we just up and leave shortly after he is born. He is wanting to sell our house, use that money for a new place. I don't know what to do or think. I just need advice on if I should go along and make this big gamble with him and start fresh

He mentioned he is just miserable in the town we live in and wants something new for our family. A better place. What do I do?!!!! ???
